Customer Evaluation:
Nipendo’s open platform provides instant benefits to the community also in the area of customer ratings. With the approval of all members, Nipendo will be able to measure suppliers’ performance with reference to past performance as well as in comparison to other suppliers and thus create a Customer Evaluation rating tool.
Sourcing:

While processing an invoice or a purchase order, buyers often face some uncertainties with regards to the details. Up until now, the only way to resolve these uncertainties was to call the supplier, get an answer, update the information or insert a comment manually. This process is often time consuming and causes many delays in document processing. Nipendo’s business Chat allows business partners to communicate using IM (Instant Messaging) technology; while keeping records of their IM attached to the business document. A current version of the Chat is already available in the form of “notes” that are editable in all supported processes and are kept attached to the documents even when they are moved to archive.
