Nipendo e-Document is a unique service for collecting and archiving electronic documents, Image & Data, from an unlimited number of remote sites to a central electronic archive. The collection of the electronic documents is implemented through an ordinary print event, and transmission of the Image & Data through a secured SSL internet connection. In addition the system automatically generates index from the Image content to enable flexible retrieving capabilities.
