When using Nipendo’s platform for PO’s there is no need for an actual document. The PO is sent to the supplier for Watching and approving. It is entered directly into the supplier’s ERP and creates a PO in his system. The supplier can then approve o reject the PO. They can partially or fully confirm the PO. They can mark on specific lines of the PO whether they confirm quantities or time of delivery etc. Once the supplier confirms/partially confirms, the customer immediately receives notification and update on the PO status. Nipendo’s platform allows suppliers to manage acceptance of PO within Nipendo’s system prior to being embedded by their own ERP’s.

Suppliers that are not utilizing full B2B can manage this entire process within Nipendo’s platform and manually type it into their system when it is done.
